Gladesville Sharks FC, we believe in nurturing young talent from the very beginning. That’s why we created Little Fins—a specially designed program that introduces 3-5 year olds to football in a fun, supportive, and engaging environment.
This program focuses on building confidence, coordination, and basic football skills through age-appropriate activities and interactive games. Our goal is to help children develop a love for football while ensuring they have the best possible start to their sporting journey.

Tony Dunn brings decades of coaching experience to Gladesville Sharks FC, with an extensive background at state, national, and international levels. He has coached in the NSW State League, trained junior and senior representative teams, and worked with leading football academies, including the Glasgow Celtic Coaching Academy.
With high-level coaching qualifications such as an FFA Senior License and certifications in sports medicine, Tony’s approach focuses on skill development, tactical awareness, and building confidence in young players. His passion for the game, combined with his ability to mentor and inspire, makes him one of the most respected youth football coaches in Australia.
With decades of experience across all levels of football, Tony Dunn brings unmatched expertise, a proven track record, and a passion for developing young players. His leadership at Gladesville Sharks FC’s Player Academy ensures every participant benefits from elite-level coaching in a fun and supportive environment.

What age group is the Little Fins program for?
When and where do the sessions take place?
Sessions run on Thursdays at 4:15 PM at Morrison Bay Park, Frances Road, Putney, lasting 45 minutes per session.
What does the registration fee include?
The $85 registration fee covers a 10-week program and includes a playing shirt, shorts, and socks for each participant.
What should my child bring to each session?
Children should wear soccer boots or joggers, a hat, and bring a water bottle to stay hydrated during play.
